People are idiots.
Unfortunately, the longer I work with people, the more I have this impression. Age does not matter, you can see that the habits we learn when we are young have an impact throughout our lives. If someone cannot calmly say what they need in advance, they will never meet with the approval of others.
In recent days, I have been constantly experiencing communication problems. "I thought you'd guess it", "I thought you'd predict it". If you don't say something, I won't understand. If we work in a team, we need to clearly say what is needed and what is required. If this isn't there...
